Meet our farmers... More than 200 milk producers supply the production site at Hoerdt in Alsace on a daily basis, and they play a key role in the dairy cooperative's operation and profits.
A word from the Chairman
Philippe Bernhard
Every producer takes part in electing the members of the Cooperative's Board of Directors, who are themselves milk producers and members of the Cooperative.
In this way, each of them is involved in the processing of the milk they supply and are deeply committed to the success of the Alsace Lait Cooperative, in which they hold a share of the capital.
I myself come from the farming world and I work in tandem with the Managing Director.
