- Put the pizza base on baking paper, then in a large tart tin. Prick the base with a fork.
- Spread with ALSACE LAIT plain fromage frais and then add the washed and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano and add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 210°C.
- Remove from the oven and add a few leaves of rocket and slices of ham.
- Serve immediately with the remaining rocket and a few cherry tomatoes.
