Plain cream cheese
  • 1 pizza base
  • 250 g ALSACE LAIT plain cream cheese
  • 3 slices of cured ham
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g rocket
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Put the pizza base on baking paper, then in a large tart tin. Prick the base with a fork.
  2. Spread with ALSACE LAIT plain fromage frais and then add the washed and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with dried oregano and add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 210°C.
  5. Remove from the oven and add a few leaves of rocket and slices of ham.
  6. Serve immediately with the remaining rocket and a few cherry tomatoes.
