Wash the spinach, cook in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a crushed clove of garlic. Set aside.
Butter the outside of the slices of bread.
Spread Alsace Lait cream cheese on the croque-monsieur sandwiches, cover with sautéed spinach and 2 slices of Bündnerfleisch, then cook in a sandwich toaster or under the grill for approx. 3 to 4 minutes.
Enjoy the croque monsieur hot, accompanied by a green salad.
