Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and salt. Cook for about 10 minutes over a high heat until the chicken is golden brown.
Sauce
In a mixing bowl, mix the Alsace Lait semi-skimmed, plain fromage blanc, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt until smooth.
To serve
Take a tortilla and spread with the curry sauce. Place a few leaves of Little Gem lettuce on top. Cut the apricots and dates into quarters and add a few on top of the salad leaves. Place a few thin strips of golden chicken on top and add a pinch of crushed peanuts. Fasten the wrap with a skewer.
