Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a frying pan, cook the chopped onions in a drizzle of olive oil until golden brown. Set aside.
Cook the lardons. Set aside.
Cut the baguettes lengthwise.
In a mixing bowl, season the Alsace Lait full-fat crème fraîche with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Place the cream, onions and lardons on the baguette halves. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
