1. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs.
3. Mix while gradually pouring in the milk, then add the melted butter and whisk until you get a smooth, runny batter.
4. Let rest for 1 hour.
5. In a saucepan, melt some butter, then add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
6. Keep over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
7. Add the apple sliced into thin wedges and cook for a few minutes.
8. Pour in the maple syrup and keep over low heat for 3 minutes.
9. Top the crêpes with the mixture.
