Petit Suisse creamy cheese
  • 4 pots ALSACE LAIT Petit Suisse
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 100 g whole hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the ALSACE LAIT Petit Suisses, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the eggs one by one.
  3. Pour in the flour and baking powder, together with the melted butter and cinnamon.
  4. Crush the hazelnuts and add them to the mixture with the chocolate chips.
  5. Mix one last time until you have a smooth dough.
  6. Line your cake tin and pour in the mixture.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes and check it is ready using the tip of a knife.
  8. Once the cake has cooled, dust it with icing sugar or decorate it with chocolate icing and a few hazelnut pieces.
