- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the ALSACE LAIT Petit Suisses, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the eggs one by one.
- Pour in the flour and baking powder, together with the melted butter and cinnamon.
- Crush the hazelnuts and add them to the mixture with the chocolate chips.
- Mix one last time until you have a smooth dough.
- Line your cake tin and pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes and check it is ready using the tip of a knife.
- Once the cake has cooled, dust it with icing sugar or decorate it with chocolate icing and a few hazelnut pieces.
