Reconciling traditional expertise and innovation is essential. Expertise represents our heritage, while innovation opens up new horizons. By combining these elements, we can preserve our heritage and adapt to new challenges and demands.

With recipes rooted in Alsatian tradition, we are proud that our products are now ambassadors for Alsace's culinary culture.

Label Rouge crème fraîche for pouring

Our crème fraîche from Alsace for pouring is the only one to have been awarded a Label Rouge by the French government, attesting to a level of quality superior to that of a similar standard product. What's more, it also has a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).

Bibeleskaes

Made from an Alsatian recipe with fromage blanc made from milk and crème fraîche, bibeleskaes is in a league of its own due to its rich consistency and exceptionally delicious taste.

Our butter

Butter is a heritage product from our Cooperative. Building on our heritage and expertise, we set out to revive production of this iconic product, made from pasture-raised milk and focusing on an artisanal approach to produce the highest-quality churned butter. In 2023, we were awarded the Alsace Excellence trophy in connection with the relaunch of our butter production!

Fresh milk

Loved by the people of Alsace, our fresh milk stands out for its high quality, a reflection of our expertise. And now, it's also available lactose-free!

Our cheese spreads

Alsace Lait uses a local spice supplier from Alsace for its cheese spreads. The Colin Group grows and processes its own garlic, guaranteeing a 'field to product' production. This partnership strengthens the proximity and quality of Alsace Lait's supply chain, while favouring short distribution channels and local ingredients.

Eco-design packaging

We are also innovating our packaging to reduce its impact on the environment, while preserving the quality and safety of our products.

Examples of our commitments:

Incorporation of recycled PET in our packaging

At least 20% in our milk bottles,
25% in our gourmet yoghurt dessert pots
and 70% in our 125 g dessert pots.

New mixed plastic-cardboard pots

Our cream cheese is packaged in mixed pots to reduce the amount of plastic. The cardboard part of the pot has a tab to separate it from the plastic before the packaging is thrown away; this improves processing at the sorting centre. So, do the right thing – we're counting on you!
