Plain Bibeleskaes fromage blanc
  • 300 g Alsace Lait bibeleskaes
  • 1 head of broccoli 500 g (approx.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 g wasabi
  • 4 g salt

Preparation

Cut the broccoli into spears, then cut into 2 or 4  depending on their size (in this case, into 4).

Melt the butter in a frying pan with the olive oil over a low heat. Then, turn up the heat.

Brown the broccoli on all sides, flesh side down. Season to taste and set aside.

Mix the bibeleskaes, wasabi, soya and salt in a mixing bowl.


Enjoy! For decoration, you can add sesame seeds or chopped fresh coriander.
