- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Cut 9 small squares from each sheet of filo pastry and brush them with butter.
- Place them in small silicone moulds, overlapping 2 layers at a time.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. Leave to cool, then carefully remove the nests from the moulds.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Alsace Lait plain cream cheese with the zest and a little lime juice.
- Cut the salmon into small cubes.
- Top your filo pastry nests with the cream cheese and salmon.
- Garnish with dill and a few pink peppercorns.
