Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 Alsace Lait Greek-style yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumber into small pieces, then place it in a colander with a pinch of salt. Leave it to drain for about fifteen minutes.

  2. Peel and crush the garlic cloves.

  3. Finely chop the dill and mint.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the Alsace Lait Greek-style Yogurt with the cucumber, garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice and olive oil.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix gently.

  6. Enjoy as an appetizer with raw vegetables, pita bread, or as a side dish with grilled meats.
