This mixture is made from fromage blanc, crème fraîche and a hint of spices to give it that authentic flavour.
Serving suggestion: spread the mixture over a tart base or half a baguette, then sprinkle with smoked bacon bits and finely chopped onions. Bake for 5 minutes in a very hot oven... and it’s ready to serve.
