Preheat the oven to 180°C
On a really hot griddle, sear your seasoned burgers for 5 minutes on each side.
Place a small handful of grated Cheddar cheese on each burger. Wait for the cheese to melt.
Put your burger buns in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, place a tablespoon of ALSACE LAIT bibeleskaes with herbs on the buns.
Add a small handful of mixed salad leaves, the burger with Cheddar, another tablespoon of bibeleskaes and finally a few rounds of red onion. Put the other half of the burger bun on top.
Serve with a mixed salad.
