- Cut the cucumber into small pieces, then place it in a colander with a pinch of salt. Leave it to drain for about fifteen minutes.
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
- Finely chop the dill and mint.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Alsace Lait Greek-style Yogurt with the cucumber, garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix gently.
- Enjoy as an appetizer with raw vegetables, pita bread, or as a side dish with grilled meats.
