Our crème fraîche for pouring has held Label Rouge quality certification since 1996. It is the only one of its kind in France and it has won over some of the greatest pastry chefs and Michelin-starred chefs! We make it without additives. Our cream is made from milk from cows that have a GMO-free diet and it contains 33% fat. It is ideal in pastry-making to create whipped cream or Chantilly cream, and also in cooking to finish sauces.
