A collaborative panel to improve the quality of our products and train our teams

At Alsace Lait, we make a point of offering our customers exceptional products. For over two years, our sensory panel, supported by the expert, Anne Unbekand (founder of Anne O Sens), has been bringing together about twenty employees from all departments every month to taste and analyse our products. Anne visits four times a year to lend her expertise and support our teams in this process. This approach enables us to refine the quality of our products constantly while providing practical resources for our R&D, quality, marketing and sales teams. This sensory panel also enables participants to further their training, enriching their expertise and understanding of products. Expertise that makes all the difference... in our view!
