Obernai agricultural college visits Alsace Lait
At the end of March, we were delighted to welcome a class of final year vocational students from Obernai agricultural college for a visit of our factory.
Many thanks to Wissam Ouldim, Production Manager, and Elodie Thomas, Production Workshop Manager, for being available. Thanks to their contribution, students were able to go behind the scenes at our production plant and discover the milk processing operation, from collection on the farm to the finished product.
We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to the students from Obernai agricultural college for their enthusiasm and curiosity throughout the visit, as well as to their teachers.
At Alsace Lait, these visits are so much more than a simple introduction to an industrial site. They provide an opportunity to present our company to potential future partners and to highlight our commitment to our 230 local farmers.
What's more, we are proud to be involved in training young talent and raising their awareness of the importance of our local ecosystem.
