Immersion in the world of the dairy industry with Lycée Henri Meck final year students!
On 4 March, we had the pleasure of welcoming final year students from the Lycée Henri Meck in Molsheim for a factory visit. Guided by our experts, Wissam and Elodie, the students took a behind-the-scenes look at our production site in Hoerdt, Alsace. They had the opportunity to discover the diversity of professions in our value chain, from milk collection to distribution of our products to customers . Alsace Lait, the only independent dairy cooperative in the Grand Est region, controls the entire production chain.
To enhance this experience, three of our colleagues also talked to the students about their jobs and took part in a question-and-answer session. It was an afternoon full of discussion and discoveries which, we hope, will have inspired students to consider new vocations!
