Visit Alsace Lait Pro at the Egast trade fair

Egast is the leading trade fair for the food and catering industry in the Grand Est region. The event will take place in the new Parc des Expositions in Strasbourg from 17 March to 20 March 2024. The Alsace Lait PRO team will be delighted to welcome you on Stand 4S21 in Hall 4. Discover quality, specialist and gourmet ingredients for the bakery, hotel and catering trades.

You will have the chance to see our products showcased by Leïla Martin, a culinary influencer.

Meet her on our stand on Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm and on Monday from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm!

Pastry chef Thierry Hommel will be doing several demonstrations with Alsace Lait PRO products on Sunday morning, Monday morning and all day Tuesday.

COMPETITION

Visit Alsace Lait on Stand 4S21 in Hall 4 and complete a mini online questionnaire for the chance to win the following prizes:

  • Three gift vouchers worth €200 valid at Chefs d'Alsace partners.
  • Three cool bags with Alsace Lait products


Alsace Lait is the official supplier of the 'New Desserts' professional competition organised by the Bas-Rhin Corporation of Pastry-makers, Confectioners, Chocolatiers and Ice-cream makers.

Working as a pair, participants will have four hours to make two chocolate-based desserts for six people and 50 petits fours (same recipe) AND two fruit desserts for six people and 50 petits fours (same recipe), live and in front of the audience. The competition will take place on Sunday, 17 March from 12 pm to 6 pm at the Egast trade fair, Hall 1.
