Thierry Hommel, a pastry chef in Saint-Avold, is known as the 'king of the fromage blanc tart'.

Winner of the Prix du Jury Moselle Passion in 2016, his speciality is endorsed by top chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Matthieu Otto and Michel Roth.

He is an avid user of our dairy products and is Alsace Lait's ambassador in the pastry sector on the FAFH circuit.
